Computer Workshops

Our libraries are open during Level 2, and we are able to run some computer workshops at Richmond Library. Customers will still need to physically distance and wear masks while taking part in these workshops.

These Computer workshops are part of the SteppingUP national digital literacy initiative developed by Digital Inclusion Alliance Aotearoa. All classes are free. However, classes may be cancelled if minimum registrations are not reached.

If you are interested in any of the classes below and the dates and times don't work for you, please contact us and we may be able to arrange an alternate time.

  • Find the most useful apps for you

Prerequisites

You must make sure that you have signed into the Play Store (Android) / App Store (iPhone/iPad) before coming to the class.  If you need help with this, please find out a Book a Librarian request.

A laptop is provided for this workshop, but you may also want to bring your own handheld device, and your own laptop (if you have one and would prefer to use this).
