TUKU21 Whakatū Heritage Month

Tuesday 23 March 2021

Richmond Library is excited to be a part of the TUKU21 Whakatū Heritage Month (formerly known as the Nelson Heritage Festival) in April.

Various events will be happening throughout April to celebrate and highlight our local resources. You can make your slides or photos digital, learn how to use Ancestry.com and research using online NZ historical newspapers.

In addition, Waimea Intermediate School students will be giving a talk on the challenges and successes of publishing Riding The COVID Wave, a wonderful local resource of life during Covid-19 Lockdown. Cash sales of the books will be available on the night.
