Live Well at Richmond Library

Wednesday 23 March 2016

Richmond Library will help you to Live Well this April with our series of free health and wellness talks and drop-in sessions.

Collections Librarian Ruth Lawley says, “Sometimes it’s hard to know which medical field to approach for a particular ailment. We hope our Live Well sessions with a wide range of our local health and wellness practitioners will enable people to gain the information they need to keep healthy and be well.”

From acupuncture to diabetes, the Live Well talks and drop-in sessions cover a range of mainstream and alternative health therapies and topics. The talks complement the library’s extensive collection of health and wellness resources, which include the free Health and Wellness Resource Centre available on the library website.

The Health and Wellness Resource Centre is a comprehensive range of reliable health resources, from basic guides to critical analysis which you can access for free with your library card and PIN.
