Helping Abel Tasman

Monday 9 September 2019

In this fascinating talk, Bruce Vander Lee will be talking about the work Project Janszoon is doing to restore the ecology of Abel Tasman National Park.

Project Janszoon is a philanthropic trust committed to spending millions over 30 years to eradicate pests and bring back the native flora and fauna to one of New Zealand’s most treasured national parks. Working with the Department of Conservation and other local groups, including schools, Project Janszoon is changing the way we care for our environment.

Gain a better understanding of the environment you’re living in at Richmond Library with Bruce Vander Lee, from 12.00pm-1.00pm, on Thursday 12 September.

This talk is part of a series of events focusing on the environment at Richmond Library this month.
