Our popular free lunchtime legal sessions are back with Kaye Lawrence of Nelson Bays Community Law Service. 

We have a wide range of sessions to choose from this year - come to as few or as many of the sessions as you like. 

  • 1.00pm-2.00pm, Tuesday 3 November: Find out about the new Privacy Act coming in to force in December 2020. 

  • 1.00pm-2.00pm, Thursday 12 November: Discover what you need to know about Enduring Powers of Attorney. 

  • 1.00pm-2.00pm, Monday 16 November: Find out about changes to the Trusts Act which affect everyone involved in trusts. 

  • 1.00pm-2.00pm, Tuesday 1 December: Do you have your will sorted? Find out why you need one. 

  • 1.00-2.00pm, Friday 4 December: Find out your rights and responsibilities as an employer or employee under Employment Law. 

All sessions are free and none require registration. Come along and get the inside scoop on the law – you can even bring your lunch!
