Brazilian Brain Gym Expert in the Library

Wednesday 15 January 2020

Bruno Saia, who moved to Nelson from Brazil in April 2019, is offering a free Brain Gym workshop at Richmond Library.

“My workshop will involve fun games, puzzles and exercises to stimulate your brain,” Bruno says.

“The brain is stimulated by learning, studying, doing puzzles, exercises, playing, having fun, expressing ourselves, reading, listening to music - and that’s some of what participants will experiment with at my Brain Gym workshop. Within an hour, participants will be able to role-play in group dynamics and take part in brain exercises which demonstrate how much good those activities can do for their brains.”

Bruno Saia’s Brain Gym workshop takes place at Richmond Library on Saturday 25 January, from 11.00am-12.00pm.

The workshop is for anyone aged between 6 and 106 and is free. As space is limited, bookings are essential. Book your spot on Eventbrite.
