There are many different ways you can trim household expenses and make the best use of resources.

This series of FREE workshops at Richmond Library will give you the tools you need. Come to as many or as few workshops as you like.

Growing food: choosing what and when to plant, composting, worms and long term garden maintenance. Wednesday 15 March, 7.00pm-9.00pm
Water: ways to conserve water use, how to change a washer, find out about rain harvesting. Wednesday 22 March, 7.00pm-9.00pm
Energy efficiency: many ways to have power savings, keeping the home warm or cool, transport options. Wednesday 29 March, 7.00-9.00pm
Loving your wardrobe: mending and other creative options for making your clothes last. Bring clothes you no longer want for an informal clothes swap. Wednesday 5 April, 7.00-9.00pm
